Booking through Wheelbase

  1. Explore our vehicles and select Plan trip on your chosen car.
  2. Continue to Wheelbase to choose your dates and trip details.
  3. Review the pricing, driver requirements, coverage and rental agreement in Wheelbase.
  4. Complete the required booking steps and follow your Wheelbase confirmation instructions.

Selecting a car on this website does not reserve it. Availability and final terms are confirmed through Wheelbase.

Price & mileage

Published rates are daily base rates. Review your Wheelbase checkout for taxes and fees, delivery, any coverage charge, mileage allowance, extra-mile cost, and any security deposit.

Delivery to Washington Dulles (IAD) or Reagan National (DCA) is $125 per rental. Payment is due in full at booking.

Any security deposit amount, collection or hold timing, and release terms are disclosed in your reservation. A deposit does not limit amounts lawfully owed.

Drivers & coverage

Every driver must meet the requirements supplied for the rental and receive approval. If an online identity check is offered, complete it through the secure verification page. Do not send license photos or card details in ordinary email.

Coverage and responsibility are defined in the rental agreement for your direct booking. Turo platform protections are not included simply because a vehicle is also listed on Turo.

Regular daily-rental drivers must be at least 21, hold a valid US driver’s license, and complete verification for every trip. Weekly rideshare and delivery applicants ages 18+ may qualify depending on platform, driving location and insurance approval; see the weekly rental requirements. Before release, maintain an eligible booking protection or insurance option or your own applicable coverage accepted by DB Elite Auto. Actual coverage eligibility and terms control. A deposit does not provide insurance.

Cancellation, refunds & changes

Use your private booking link to request a cancellation or date change. A submitted change request does not change the reservation until we confirm it. Refunds follow the cancellation policy accepted with your quote.

The cancellation, no-show, early-return and refund policy displayed and accepted for your specific Wheelbase reservation governs. Review it before paying.

Rental agreement

The agreement attached to your quote is the version offered for that rental. Keep your downloaded booking record for reference.

Review our Terms of Service and full Rental Agreement, then accept the documents provided for your reservation through Wheelbase.

Pickup, return & help

Pickup and return may be in person or contactless, as confirmed for your reservation. Return to your pickup location. For airport delivery only, you may choose to return to the car’s original location instead. Check your confirmed booking for the exact address, access, fuel, return, and support instructions. Both you and DB Elite Auto should photograph the exterior, interior, damage, mileage and fuel at pickup and return. Return at the same fuel level. At 30 minutes late, one additional rental day applies, with another day for each further 24 hours, under your signed terms. Arrange extensions in advance.
