From request to confirmed rental

1. Choose a car and send your trip preferences and contact details.
2. We review the car’s availability, your requested options, and driver eligibility.
3. We send an itemized quote and rental agreement. The quote shows its expiry time and any date hold.
4. Review the full price and terms, accept the agreement, and complete secure payment. Your booking is confirmed when your private booking page and confirmation email say so.

A request, estimated price, identity check, or payment return screen alone is not a confirmed reservation.

Price, mileage & extras

Published rates and the planner’s subtotal are estimates until quoted. Your quote must confirm taxes and fees, delivery, requested equipment, any coverage charge, mileage allowance, extra-mile cost, and any security deposit.

Equipment, delivery, additional drivers, unlimited mileage, and special requests are subject to approval. A preference selected in the planner does not create coverage or guarantee an extra.

If a refundable security deposit is included, it is charged with your rental payment. Its return is handled according to your agreed terms.

Drivers & coverage

Every driver must meet the requirements supplied for the rental and receive approval. If an online identity check is offered, complete it through the secure verification page. Do not send license photos or card details in ordinary email.

Coverage and responsibility are defined in the rental agreement for your direct booking. Turo platform protections are not included simply because a vehicle is also listed on Turo.

Cancellation, refunds & changes

Use your private booking link to request a cancellation or date change. A submitted change request does not change the reservation until we confirm it. Refunds follow the cancellation policy accepted with your quote.

Rental agreement

The agreement attached to your quote is the version offered for that rental. Keep your downloaded booking record for reference.

Pickup, return & help

Check your confirmed booking for the exact location, handoff, fuel or charging, return, and support instructions. Inspect the vehicle and document its condition with DB Elite Auto at pickup and return.
