What you share

A rental inquiry collects your name, email, phone number, trip dates, vehicle choice, pickup or delivery details, age range, license country, requested extras, and messages. If you proceed, the booking record also includes the quote, agreement acceptance, eligibility review outcome, payment status, refunds, and booking changes.

Please do not place card numbers, driving-license numbers, ID images, or other sensitive documents in the planner’s message fields or ordinary email.

How the information is used

DB Elite Auto uses your information to respond to inquiries, assess rental requirements, arrange trips, administer reservations and payments, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting an inquiry permits contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Services involved in your booking

The website is hosted on Netlify. When the booking service is enabled, reservation records are stored using Supabase, and transactional rental emails are sent using Resend. Owner sign-in emails are handled through the configured Supabase email service.

If you pay online, Stripe’s hosted checkout collects payment details directly. This website stores payment references and amounts, not full card numbers. If online identity verification is offered, Stripe collects the requested documents and verification information through its hosted service. DB Elite Auto’s booking database keeps the verification reference and status; authorized business staff may review results within the verification provider.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies: Netlify, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe.

Private links, sessions & security

Your booking email contains a private access link. Anyone with that link can view and act on that request, so keep it private. The website stores a booking token in your browser’s session storage so you can return from checkout. Owner sign-in uses a separate session token. Signing out removes the owner session from this browser.

The service uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and payment providers may also keep operational and security logs. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service.

Retention & your requests

Rental information is kept as needed to respond to requests, administer rentals, support accounting, and address claims or disputes. The appropriate period depends on the records and applicable obligations. Contact DB Elite Auto to ask about your information, correct a record, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing rental, dispute, or required business purpose.

The private booking link expires 30 days after the scheduled return. Link expiry does not automatically delete the business record.
